What certificate may be required when applying for a job?

Usually a certificate 086у is required, but exceptions are possible.

How will an employer be punished for failure to provide an STD-R certificate?

How to fill out the STD-R form correctly

Employer information.

In this section, enter the 12-digit registration number in the pension fund (the accountant knows it for sure), the name of the company, INN and 9-digit checkpoint (if available). Write the full name of the company. Not Iskra LLC, but Iskra Limited Liability Company. If the employer is an individual entrepreneur, lawyer, or notary, indicate his full name as in the passport.

Information about the employee’s work activity.

Column No. 1. Serial number of the event according to chronology.

Not all categories of workers are required to undergo a medical examination.

The legislation specifies 2 groups of people for whom obtaining a certificate is mandatory:

A medical commission for employment is appointed in public or private medical institutions by the responsible person only after a referral to work has been provided.
