Which OKVED code to choose for electrical installation work in 2022

Electrical installation work is highly specialized. Choosing the appropriate OKVED allows you to perform many types of installation. You or employees will be able to install various systems from satellite dishes to electrical wiring. This is a very popular type of activity, so let’s figure out which OKVED code should be chosen for electrical installation work.

  1. The tax office will not accept an application for registration if the code is invalid.
  2. It will not be possible to submit a report to the Pension Fund, as the program will immediately report an error.
  3. The activity may be assigned the wrong code. You will have to change your registration information.

Wholesale Trade of Okved Plumbing 2022

Cars that change their owner do not belong to this group of goods; their sale belongs to another type of activity according to OKVED. To reduce expenses on store equipment, you can first purchase it from entrepreneurs who are closing their own enterprises. Taking into account all the features and advantages of the commission business, those Entrepreneurs who are interested in how to open a consignment store should initially count on the amount required to open a store, approximately 200 thousand rubles. In section G “Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles” paragraphs 45, 46, 47 refer to the services of agents in the field of wholesale and retail trade, as well as services related to motor vehicles.

For example, code 46.11 is suitable for agents whose activities are related to agriculture. In section G “Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles” paragraphs 45, 46, 47 refer to the services of agents in the field of wholesale and retail trade, as well as services related to motor vehicles.

What is included in utilities

Utility services include:

  • cold and hot water supply;
  • drainage;
  • electricity supply;
  • gas supply;
  • heating;
  • recycling of municipal solid waste.

You can also highlight the management of residential and non-residential assets, cleaning and maintenance of premises, street sweeping, etc.

An entrepreneur who decides to carry out activities related to the provision of utility services must understand that in this area the services are clearly structured and there is quite a lot of competition. Therefore, before choosing this code as the main one, you need to carefully calculate your capabilities.

New classifier of OKVED-2 codes from 2022

OKVED-2 codes (2019) are codes of the All-Russian Classifier of Types of Economic Activities, intended for classifying types of economic activities. OKVED 2 codes indicate the types of activities of companies in applications for registration of LLCs, individual entrepreneurs and other legal forms, when the type of activity of the company changes (adding or deleting OKVED codes), when the main selected OKVED code changes, and these codes are also prescribed in the charters of LLC, PJSC, JSC when registering companies or making changes.

The new classifier of OKVED-2 codes from 2022 is an All-Russian classifier of types of economic activity, used to determine the codes indicated when registering LLCs and individual entrepreneurs, and is also used when changing the types of activities of companies. The classifier with decoding and detailed description of each code contains all changes and additions for 2022.

Plumbing trade OKVED 2021

If the applicant enters the codes of the wrong Classifier into the application, he will be denied registration, so be careful! The documents will be filled out correctly. It was approved by Rosstandart by order of the Document assigns unique cipher designations to all possible areas of activity of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The set of tax regimes and other preferences available to it depends on the type of activity code specified in the registration documents of a business entity.

Through rational and thoughtful codes, difficulties in systematizing, classifying and encrypting any variety of activities can be prevented. It is also much easier to form LNAs and regulate economic work.

Each company has its own activities

Yes, no matter how huge the company is, it is simply physically impossible to simultaneously carry out work in all areas of construction activities at once. Therefore, when registering a company, one type of activity is usually selected, which can subsequently be increased to two to a maximum of three types of activity. Of course, everything has its own nuances. This also applies to construction companies. The codes they use to clarify their type of activity are a kind of certain restrictions in their chosen field. That is, each code intended to indicate the activities of a company has clear information about what exactly a given company can carry out. Sometimes several such codes are used by companies; this happens when a company wants to expand its capabilities. But in the case of OKVED 45.33, companies rarely use other types of codes for development, and the reason for this is the very extensive list of works included in this code.

Why does an entrepreneur need OKVED?

The development of a classifier by type of economic activity was carried out by tax services. Therefore, every entrepreneur, before choosing a type of activity, needs to find a code from the classifier.

Despite the fact that there are a large number of them, finding the right one will not be difficult. Each activity is divided into sections, classes, groups and subgroups.

Tax authorities allow you to choose several codes when registering an individual entrepreneur or LLC - no more than 30. This will allow you to decide on the initial path in more popular activities - trade, work, services. The codes themselves allow you to see various features of the Russian economy.

Using the codes, you can collect information about statistical data and find out which activities are more popular among Russian businessmen. Tax authorities, for their part, allow the tax rate for a particular economic activity to be determined by code.

No bank will open a current account for an entrepreneur if he does not indicate OKVED. So, during the course of his activities, the entrepreneur himself will repeatedly be faced with the need to indicate this code.

In all reporting documents, space is allocated on the title page to indicate OKVED. Without these codes, it will be difficult for government agencies to navigate and check the activities of entrepreneurs. It allows you to decipher activities based on these numbers. For the ignorant, it seems that this set of numbers is very complex. In fact, upon closer inspection, you can see that it is easy to decipher.

What will be the OKVED code “Utilities”

In the OKVED-2 classifier for utilities, you can select the following codes:

  • 35.13 – distribution of electricity.
  • 35.22, 35.23 – distribution and trade of gaseous fuel through gas distribution networks.
  • 35.30 – production of steam and hot water.
  • 37.00 – collection and treatment of wastewater.
  • 38.00 – collection, processing and disposal of waste.

    38.10 – waste collection.

  • 38.11 – collection of non-hazardous waste.
  • 38.12 – collection of hazardous waste.
  • 38.20 – waste treatment and disposal.
  • 38.32 – disposal of sorted materials.
  • 68.32.1, 68.32.1 – management of the operation of residential and non-residential stock.
  • 81.10 – comprehensive maintenance of premises.
  • 81.21 – general cleaning of buildings.
  • 81.21.1 – cleaning of apartments and private houses.
  • 81.29.2 – street sweeping and snow removal.
  • 81.29.9 – other cleaning activities.
  • 81.22 – cleaning of residential and non-residential buildings.
  • 81.30 – landscape improvement services.
  • Thus, the choice of OKVED codes for housing and communal services is quite wide.

    OKVED for services of a plumber, welder, installation of batteries and air conditioners

    The services of such specialists are required at the stage of construction of buildings and structures or during their repair. A specialist registered as an entrepreneur can provide services independently, or he can be the organizer of such a business, providing the customer with rental equipment with an operator; from the point of view of OKVED, there is no difference.

    The work of a welder belongs to specialized construction work, not classified into separate groups according to OKVED, which combine the activities of any one type, highly specialized in skills and equipment. This activity can also be carried out within the framework of a business related to metalworking and the production of metal products:

    What kind of work is designated by OKVED 45.33

    It reflects all types of installation work that are carried out in a newly erected building. This work includes the installation of plumbing, gas, and heating systems. Also, according to code 45.33, installation work related to the installation of a ventilation and automatic fire extinguishing system is carried out. This code is also selected by companies that decide to engage in such types of work as installing a central heating control system. This code also includes work related to connecting heating systems to district ones. But code 45.33 is used not only for installation work. It is used by many companies that provide services in the form of repair work and maintenance of heating boilers and boilers installed in homes. Despite the fact that code 45.33 OKVED reflects almost all types of installation work used to install all important communications in a newly constructed building, there are some exceptions.

    So this code does not reflect such types of work as installation of an electric heating system. It is also not suitable for reflecting the activities of a company engaged in the repair and subsequent maintenance of boilers used in district central heating systems. The same exceptions apply to heating units. Also, this code does not include work related to cleaning chimneys and repairing refrigeration and ventilation equipment.
