The production calendar for 2022 for the Republic of Crimea, compiled taking into account the peculiarities of both federal and regional recording of working time standards, is designed to make the work of personnel officers, accountants and other specialists involved in recording working time easier.
Since lawyers are involved in the development of PCs, calendars are in strict accordance with labor legislation. However, it is worth keeping in mind that even during the year, changes may be made to the laws. To avoid missing them, we recommend checking our online calendar regularly.
May 4-7
On 04/21/2021, the President of the Russian Federation signed Decree No. 242, according to which the period from May 4 to May 7, 2022 was declared a non-working holiday with the same wages. Working hours remain the same.
Shortened working days 2022 in Crimea
The length of the working day before a holiday is reduced by law by 1 hour. In 2022 these will be the days:
- February 22 - before Defender's Day;
- March 7 - before Women's Day;
- May 8 - before Victory Day;
- June 14 - before the holiday of Uraza Bayram;
- August 21 - before the holiday of Kurban Bayram;
- December 29 - before the New Year.

Holidays and weekends in Crimea in 2022
In 2022, the following all-Russian transfer of days off is planned: January 6 (Saturday) - to March 9; January 7 (Sunday) - on May 2; April 28 (Saturday) - on April 30; June 9 (Saturday) - to June 11; December 29 (Saturday) - on December 31. Thus, in 2022, public holidays will be: December 30, 2022 - January 8, 2022 (10 days); February 23-25 (3 days); March 8-11 (4 days); April 29 - May 2 (4 days); May 9 (1 day); June 10-12 (3 days); November 3-5 (3 days); December 30-31 (2 days). Additional holidays in the republic are established every year by decree of the head of Crimea. In 2022, these will be 3-day periods: March 18-19 - Day of the reunification of Crimea with Russia; April 8-9 - Easter; May 27-28 - Holy Trinity Day; June 15-17 (Eid al-Fitr); August 22 (Eid al-Adha).

Production calendar 2022 Crimea
The Labor Code, namely Article No. 100, regulates the organization of working time for different lengths of the working week. In accordance with the law, the production calendar for 2022 for the Republic of Crimea during a five-day period has a different structure depending on the number of mandatory working man-hours. A five-day work week consists of five working days and two non-working days.
Crimeans whose working week is 36 hours must work:
- in the first quarter – 408.3 hours;
- in the second – 439.3 hours;
- in the third – 468 hours;
- in the latter – 459.8 hours.
Overall: 1775.4 hours.
Those who work 8 hours less (i.e. with a 24-hour work week) will have to:
- in the first quarter – 271.6 hours;
- in the second – 292.8 hours;
- in the third – 312 hours;
- in the latter – 306.2 hours.
Overall: 1182.6 hours.

Production calendar 2022 Crimea
In order to properly distribute working and non-working time, the government has the right to postpone additional days off for a certain period. Therefore, the production calendar for 2022 for the CRIMEA with postponements may contain a change in the May schedule. It is proposed to move the holiday from Monday 8 January to Tuesday 8 May. The winter “vacation” will last from the end of 2022 until January 7, 2022. In February, short “vacations” will delight workers in the period from February 23 to February 25 inclusive. March is characterized by the presence of another additional day off - International Women's Day. In the second quarter, residents will be able to relax from April 30 to May 3, as well as from May 7 to 9. In the first month of summer, Crimeans, together with the whole country, will celebrate Russia Day from June 9 to 11. In the third quarter, the production schedule remains unchanged. But in the final quarter of 2022, workers will have official days off in connection with the celebration of National Unity Day. Such a celebration will bring three days off - from the 3rd to the 5th.

Holidays and non-working days in Crimea
National public holidays according to the Labor Code: January 1-8, February 23, March 8, May 1, May 9, June 14, November 4.
According to Decree No. 875 dated July 10, 2019, the following days off were established in 2022 as a result of the transfer: May 4 - postponement from Saturday January 4; May 5th – postponed from Sunday January 5th.
According to Art. 6 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, letter of the Ministry of Labor of Russia dated July 10, 2003 N 1139-21 and Resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation No. 20-PV11 dated December 21, 2011, subjects of the Russian Federation may establish additional non-working holidays. In addition, they can declare religious holidays (the procedure is regulated by Federal Law No. 125-FZ of September 26, 1997.
On December 29, 2014, Law of the Republic of Crimea No. 55-ZRK/2014 was adopted on declaring March 16 a non-working holiday in honor of the reunification of Crimea with Russia.
By Decree of the Head of the Republic of Crimea on March 26, 2020 No. 76-U, the following were declared non-working holidays in 2022:
- April 19—Easter;
- May 25 - Eid al-Adha;
- June 8 - Trinity Day;
- July 31 - Eid al-Adha.
